Reviews

Strict, funny, and very good at it

"Caroline is as good as a pilates teacher gets. I would say she is the best in the world, but I haven't tried them all yet… She is very strict and very funny. I used to think pilates was a bit boring but it is far from that at Caroline's. Oh, and my back, which was twinging from a bulging disc, and my hips that were groaning from I don't know what, are really good now."

Georgia Byng, Writer, Alfriston · March 2026

"If your well-being matters to you. If you want to feel strong again. If you want to stand tall and move freely and confidently without pain then go to Caroline. She has helped me and many of my patients achieve all of the above… Put simply, Caroline is the best."

Grahame Cudlipp, Osteopath · March 2024

"She knows everyone's weaknesses and strengths, and she knows if you cheat too. There is no sneaking anything past her!… I feel taller and straighter after her classes… Also she's hilarious….but do NOT laugh in class, you will get told off for not concentrating!"

Georgina Stevens · January 2026

"Caroline is an exceptional Pilates teacher!… Oh, and not to mention the studio is in the most beautiful setting in the South Downs adding to the overall sense of well-being."

Andrea Florence, Wildlife Film Producer · March 2025

"Fabulous. Caroline knows exactly how to tailor the class to each participants needs and does so with encouragement and humour!"

Jennie Lathbury · January 2026

About this preview

This page is a concept preview made by Fully Booked to show what a new Pilates Life homepage could look like. Every photograph, price, class time, review and line of copy comes from pilates-life.com as published. It is not the live site, it is not indexed by search engines, and it will be deleted on request.

It contains no forms, takes no payments, collects no data, and sets no cookies or tracking. The full build would add a live course and class calendar for booking, and carry across the rest of Pilates Life's real pages:
